Freyja
About This Dog
Freyja's ideal home
Freyja is looking for a quieter home environment; she can find experiencing new things overwhelming and noises scary and stressful. Therefore, her new family would need to be very understanding that Freyja's journey of settling into a new home will need to be taken at her own pace. When Freyja is stressed or worried, she can show behaviours such as chewing the lead and trying to slip out of her harness/collar and go off her treats and toys. It will help her if her new family can provide her with lots of love, reassurance and help managing some situations that she will find difficult. Freyja's ideal home will take her for fun sniffy walks; she can walk with most dogs; however, due to her history of being picked on, she can find some dogs a bit scary. For this reason, she should be the only dog/pet in the home. Due to her worried nature, she is suitable to live with secondary-aged children.
Could you be Freyja's perfect match?
Freyja is a little cuddle bug. She is being rehomed through no fault of her own and really does seek reassurance from people. She has been through an unsettling last few months, so would love a home to decompress and be loved in. Freyja is playful with her toys and enjoys her food. She is friendly with dogs, although can be worried by some due to her history. She would make a perfect addition to someone's family who is looking for a cheeky staffie full of personality to make them smile every day.
