About This Dog for Adoption

Kylo's ideal home

Kylo is looking for an understanding home where he can start his training and learn about the world. He hasn't had the best start to life and is slowly coming out of his shell. He struggles being left so would need someone around most of the time to build up his confidence. He has been around children previously but is very bouncy so would be able to live with secondary school age children or dog savvy younger children. He currently does not have any training so needs a patient home willing to start from scratch and teach him all he needs to know. He is currently under going treatment for bad skin, so we are looking for someone that would be able to carry on his treatment in the home.

Could you be Kylo's perfect match?

Kylo is a beautiful friendly boy that loves cuddles from everyone he meets. He has never lived with dogs and we are currently not able to mix him due to his skin issues, so we are unsure if he could live with another dog at this point, but when he is better this may be a possibility. He has never been left so he is looking for a family that could be around most of the time while he settles in and then build up his seperation slowly. He is an adorable boy looking for his forever home.

Staffie Puppy Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 8 weeks, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped
  • Review and verify any documents, such as KC registration paperwork where applicable

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".
  • Seller asks to immediately switch to communication off the Staffie Owners website
  • Seller uses a different phone number to the one listed on the website - especially if that phone number is in one of the advert images

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
