About This Dog for Adoption

Digby's ideal home

Digby is looking for a quiet home with adopters who are committed to helping Digby continue the progress he has made here at the centre. Digby would suit an adult-only home where he would be the only pet, although over time it would be beneficial for him to have exposure and continued socialisation with calm doggy friends out and about! We are open to discussing flexibility with any potential adopters interested, particularly around any children or other dogs in the home. Digby's ideal home would be one with minimal visitors initially, with any new people taking the time to let Digby build relationships with them at his own pace. He would love a garden to call his own, where he can relax away from the busy outside world! Digby's adopters would need to build any leaving hours up very gradually over time, his ideal home would be one where someone is around for him the majority of the time.

Could you be Digby's perfect match?

Digby is an 8-month-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier x Belgian Malinois looking for his forever home. Sadly, Digby has had an unsettled start to his life where he did not gain much exposure or socialisation to the outside world. Despite this, Digby has made amazing progress in our care and has built wonderful relationships with the staff, he is really starting to come out of his shell and flourish! With a bit of time and patience, we know that Digby's confidence can continue to grow.
