About This Dog for Adoption

Dora's ideal home

This playful little pup is full of beans and eager to explore the world! Dora is still learning all about life and will need a family who’s ready to give her the time, patience, and consistency that puppies thrive on. Dora will benefit from positive, reward-based training to help her grow into a confident, well-mannered companion. Dora will need a home where someone is around most of the day to help with toilet training, socialisation, and building a secure bond. Puppy experience is a bonus, but what matters most is that you’re ready for the responsibility (and the fun!) of raising a bouncy youngster.

Could you be Dora's perfect match?

You’ll need to be active, engaged, and happy to get stuck into puppy training. Any children in the home should be confident around dogs and ready to take part in their new best friend’s journey. Dora could potentially live with another friendly, well-socialised dog who can help show her the ropes. As she grows and her personality develops, you’ll need to be flexible and committed to giving her the best start in life, from vet visits to social outings and everything in between. In return, you’ll get a loyal, loving companion who’ll bring joy, laughter, and muddy pawprints into your life for years to come.

Staffie Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 8 weeks, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped
  • Review and verify any documents, such as KC registration paperwork where applicable

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".
  • Seller asks to immediately switch to communication off the Staffie Owners website
  • Seller uses a different phone number to the one listed on the website - especially if that phone number is in one of the advert images

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
