About This Dog

Sonny's ideal home

Sonny can live with children of primary school age. He will need to be the only pet at home but would love some walking friends. He is house trained and once settled, would be fine spending some time alone if needed.

Could you be Sonny's perfect match?

At nine years old, Sonny came to live with us due to no fault of his own. He loves getting out for walks and is good on his lead. He prefers quiet walks away from too many boisterous dogs but will happily walk with less intrusive friends. He can get a little uncomfortable if lively dogs come too close but if you keep his attention, he will just move along. He is very happy playing with his toys and loves a good game of 'fetch' - tennis balls are his favourites! He also loves a good fuss and is a friendly boy with new people. Sonny is used to travelling in a car so he can accompany you on adventures, whether that be to the park or the beach. He has been a much-loved family pet and is looking for a wonderful retirement home.
