About This Dog

Bluey's ideal home

Bluey is looking for a home where she can be the only pet and where any children are of upper primary age. She is house trained and has been good when left alone for an hour or two, but isn't used to being alone any longer than that. Bluey would need a home with access to nice quiet walking areas where she would be kept on lead, and won't encounter too many dogs.

Could you be Bluey's perfect match?

Bluey is a lovely girl who has settled well into kennels and has been enjoying plenty of gentle potters around site, although she can be strong on lead if there is something she particularly feels the need to investigate. She loves affection and has been lapping up all the fuss she can get from her carers and anyone else who offers it. Bluey loves toys too, running around gleefully with them, and particularly enjoys tuggy games. Although friendly with all the people she meets, Bluey has had a serious incident with another dog in her previous home. For this reason she can only be walked by adults, kept on lead at all times, and walked in low dog populated areas as she becomes stressed when she sees other dogs now. Bluey should never be forced into any situations where she has to interact with another dog. She has had some injuries to her legs from the fight with another dog and has had no issue with any of her vet visits, being a very good girl for each one.
