Cutey Pie Janice is a 3 and a half year old Staffy cross who is just a bundle of love and fun. She will chase a toy thrown for her and will then throw it in the air and pounce on it; she hasn’t yet learnt to bring toys back to be thrown again. Her favourite toys are fluffy, soft toys, if they make a squeaky sound then all the better! Once she knows and has a bond with you Janice will wander over for a fuss, she likes to lean on you for more, she particularly likes a neck and ear scratch. This sweet girl is looking for a new family, could it be you?

Janice is looking for a calm and quiet home with loving and active adopters who can take her on sniffy adventures, who will take the time to help her settle in and give her all the love and attention she deserves. She is a friendly bean who could live with older secondary school children who can read when she is feeling uncomfortable and will give her space to rest when needed, who will play with her nicely. Janice could live with another calm dog who will happily co-exist and engage in occasional play, this will be pending successful meets at the centre; although living with another dog is not a necessity, she would be happy with polite and calm walking buddies. Janice is a foodie girl, once she is settled in her new home, she could be enticed to engage in training in short, sweet sessions as long as a tasty treat is on offer. She would like a home with a private, secure garden for her to potter about in at her leisure. Janice does settle nicely so could be left for up to 4 hours, any leaving time would need to be built up slowly once she has had time to settle into her new home. Janice will need to meet her adopters multiple times prior to going home so please bear this in mind when applying. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes up to 7 days, and potential adopters would be required to come up to the centre to meet her within 48hrs of being shortlisted.
