She can live in a property with or without a garden, as long as her exercise needs are met, and any outdoor space is secure. Because she finds unfamiliar people overwhelming, she’ll need a household where she can be safely and comfortably kept separate when people come over. Rosie must be the only dog in the home and cannot live with cats, though she could live alongside small furries if they are housed securely and kept apart from her. She will need to remain on‑lead and muzzled during walks and for vet visits, so a home with access to quiet walking routes is essential to help her feel relaxed and supported.
