About This Dog

Bruno's ideal home

Bruno is a fun-loving and affectionate young Staffordshire Bull Terrier x Springer Spaniel who is looking for an active home ready for all the excitement that comes with a clever and energetic adolescent dog. He absolutely loves toys, food and cuddles, and is always eager to be involved in whatever his people are doing.

Bruno would thrive with adopters who are keen to continue his training and help guide him through his teenage months into adulthood. He is very food motivated and enjoys enrichment, making him great fun to train and interact with.

Bruno has previously lived successfully with another dog and could potentially live with a calm and playful canine companion pending successful introductions at the centre.

Bruno could live with children of any age pending successful meets. He is a very friendly and social boy, but he can be excitable and bouncy at times, so any children in the home would need to be comfortable around an energetic young dog.

Bruno is looking for a home with a secure enclosed garden where he can play, continue his training and burn off some of his youthful energy. He can be left for short periods and has settled well when left in foster.

Bruno has some ongoing medial that we would be happy to discuss further with anyone that is interesting in out lovely boy Bruno.

Could you be Bruno's perfect match?

Bruno is a happy, wiggly and affectionate 9-month-old boy who is full of personality and loves making new friends. He greets people with an enthusiastic waggy tail and enjoys saying hello to everyone he meets.

Since arriving in foster, Bruno has settled in really nicely and his confidence has grown day by day. While he was initially a little unsettled in his new environment, he quickly began to relax once he realised he was safe and supported. He loves having company nearby and enjoys curling up for fuss after a busy day.

Bruno absolutely loves toys and enrichment activities, especially anything involving food! He can sometimes become over-excited during play in typical teenage fashion, but he equally loves snuggling up for cuddles in the evening.

This handsome boy enjoys adventures and exploring the world around him. He walks nicely overall, although he can get excited by birds and may try to chase them if given the chance. Bruno would love adopters who can continue helping him build good lead walking skills and channel his energy positively.

Bruno is a clever, loving and entertaining young dog who will make a wonderful companion for an active family ready to continue his training and enjoy all the fun that comes with a young dog.
