Cleo's ideal home
Meet Cleo. She is a 5.5 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross looking for her forever home. Cleo is unable to live with another dog in the home, but she is social with dogs out on walks. We have assessed her as the only dog as she does enjoy her own space. Cleo can live with secondary school aged children that are comfortable with a dog that may jump up at them. When meeting new people, she is friendly, but will also jump up, this is something we are working on here at the centre. She has previously been left alone for a couple of hours and could be again in her new home, but may need to be built up initially. Cleo is good in the car and housetrained.
Could you be Cleo's perfect match?
Cleo is an incredible who has very quickly become a staff favourite with her happy go lucky temperament. Cleo loves the water and will happy splash around, so is loving this current heat as there are paddling pools around! Cleo loves to play with toys, either by herself or with her people. Cleo can be a little bit worried with more formal handling (vets and grooming) but just needs a slow approach and to let her gain confidence before this type of handling. Cleo is an amazing girl and we cannot wait to see her settled in her new home.
