Gamora's ideal home
Gamora is a friendly girl who enjoys meeting new people, but she can be worried by overhandling and finds certain situations—such as vet visits and grooming—quite scary. Because of this, she will need patient adopters who are happy to visit her several times to help her build trust and confidence before going home. Gamora will also need ongoing muzzle training to help her feel safe in situations she finds stressful, and our Training and Behaviour team will be on hand to provide guidance and support. She forms strong bonds with her people and does not enjoy being left alone, so she would suit a home where someone is around for most of the day and can give her the time and reassurance she needs to settle.

Gamora is a medium-energy dog who loves her walks and being out and about exploring the world. She is confident when seeing other dogs out and about and may be able to live with another dog, pending successful dog mixes at the centre. As Gamora is not neutered, any potential male dog companion would need to be neutered. She cannot live with cats or small furries and is looking for an adult-only home where she can feel safe and understood. With patient adopters who are willing to go at her pace and help her grow in confidence, Gamora has the potential to become a deeply loyal and loving companion. 🐾💚
