Tiger's ideal home

Meet Tiger- he is a very handsome 3 year old, Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross. Tiger has a very soft heart and is really sweet. He can be a little nervous when meeting new people or in unfamiliar situations especially around sudden movements or loud noises. Due to this, he would be best suited to a home with older, sensible primary school aged-children. With a bit of reassurance, Tiger's confidence grows quickly and he becomes very affectionate who loves human company. Once comfortable in his new home, Tiger would be able to be left for 1-4 hours being built up overtime but he would prefer that leaving hours are limited as he really thrives in human company. He would ideally like his own garden but could manage well with access to a communal garden. Tiger is able to live with another calm, steady dog who matches his personality well as he enjoys having doggy friends as well as humans.

When Tiger came into our care we had very little information but he has soon made a lovely impression by showing us how he can sit, paw, wait and lay down. Tiger walks very well on lead and has a very calm and gentle soul. He enjoys exploring and having a play too! He could benefit from some continued confidence training around louder noises as well as some help with housetraining which will help him flourish even more. Tiger likes a lot of cuddles and and would be such a loving companion.
