About This Dog for Adoption

Mazda's ideal home

Mazda can live with children of high school age but will need to be the only pet at home. She is house trained and has previously been fine when left alone for a couple of hours. Maz will need a home where there are no dogs either side and requires medication for possible urinary incontinence that she is likely to need for life.

Could you be Mazda's perfect match?

Mazda is a friendly girl who easily introduces herself to new people like she’s always known them. She’s keen to go for her walks and likes to explore, but she prefers places and times that aren’t dog heavy. Mazda can be reactive to dogs but she has had a friend in the past after a long and careful introduction, but she does need to be muzzled in case of off lead dogs approaching her. Despite her bravado when it comes to dogs, Mazda likes to suck a blanket to get herself to sleep. We’ve not seen her play with toys much since she came into our care but we know she did enjoy them when at home. Maz is looking for a new home through no fault of her own and she is great indoors, very clean and no trouble at all.
