Chico's ideal home
Chico is a 1.5yr old Staffordshire Terrier X looking for his forever home. Chico is a loving, cuddly boy who can be quite a worried lad initially. He can get overwhelmed quite quickly and does not like being left alone for extended periods of time, so his ideal family would be home most of the day to help him settle in. Chico would need to be the only dog in the house as he does need a bit of support with his doggy social skills, but he could live with children 14yrs+ that are comfortable around bigger dogs. Chico is a big foodie, and we have found that this is the way to his heart.
Could you be Chico's perfect match?
Chico is a gorgeous lad, who is looking for gentle, patient and understanding owners that are able to let him go at his pace through life. He can be quite worried in new situations, but loves a good sniff and explore when he's feeling brave. He is working on his muzzle training as he gets overwhelmed in a veterinary setting, but with all other handling, he is a real cuddle bug. He does think he's a lap dog and will sit on you for a big fuss. He can be nervous of new people initially and may need a few intros to feel comfortable with people, but he comes around quite quickly and is of course a real loverboy (especially when food is involved).
