About This Dog for Adoption

Tilly's ideal home

Tilly is a sweet and affectionate girl who’s looking for a calm, patient family to help her blossom at her own pace. She can be shy when meeting new people, but once she trusts you, Tilly adores a good cuddle and loves nothing more than a play session with her favourite toys. Because of her sensitive nature, Tilly would be happiest in a peaceful home with older children (aged 14 and up) who can respect her need for space when she’s feeling a bit overwhelmed. She’s lived in a home before and was housetrained, though she may need a little refresher as she settles into her new surroundings. Tilly can be left for short periods but tends to find her own ways to stay entertained so this should be built up slowly as she gains confidence. Tilly will need to be the only dog in her new home as she prefers not to share her favourite things, though she would benefit from calm socialising with other dogs when out and about. As she can be nervous with new people, Tilly will need to meet her new family a few times before heading home. Tilly is still a young dog and will thrive in an active home that can give her plenty of opportunities for exercise, play, and adventure, as well as mental stimulation and training! She would love her own secure garden where she can run around and explore.

Could you be Tilly's perfect match?

If you’re looking for a gentle companion who just needs a little patience and understanding to truly flourish, Tilly might be the perfect match for you.
