About This Dog for Adoption

Pie's ideal home

Pie would like a private secure garden where she can play with her favourite toys and would like any children to be 16+ with adults only to walk. Pie would like to be the only dog in the home but would need adopters who are happy to continue her socialisation whilst out on walks. Pie can find busy areas very overwhelming but loves to jump in the car for an adventure so would need adopters with access to quieter walks or who are happy to travel. Pie will need a separate area of the house when being fed and will need to be separated from the front door and visitors. Pie will need adopters who are happy to muzzle her for the vets and keep her on lead when out in public. She will also need a home with minimal leaving hours that could potentially be built up slowly.

Could you be Pie's perfect match?

She’s as sweet as pie! Meet Pie our 1-year-old Staffordshire bull terrier who is looking for a sofa to call her own. Pie loves to head out on walks with her handlers and play with her favourite toys. Pie has been working on her social skills with other dogs and would love a home who can continue to build positive interaction’s. Once she knows you, she loves fuss and a cuddle.

Staffie Puppy Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 8 weeks, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped
  • Review and verify any documents, such as KC registration paperwork where applicable

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".
  • Seller asks to immediately switch to communication off the Staffie Owners website
  • Seller uses a different phone number to the one listed on the website - especially if that phone number is in one of the advert images

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
