About This Dog for Adoption

Banjo's ideal home

Banjo is looking for a home that has minimal leaving hours. He has the potential to be left for a couple of hours once he has settled in but any time left on his own will need to be built up slowly. He cannot live with cats or other small furry animals but he could live with another friendly, low-energy dog. Children living within the household will need to be aged 10 or over, but visiting children could be slightly younger, from the age of eight. Banjo could live in a home that has access to a communal garden but would prefer a private garden to potter around in at his leisure.

Could you be Banjo's perfect match?

Banjo is a five-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier who came into our care as a stray. He is a lovely friendly boy, who loves cuddles and spending time with people. Banjo also enjoys going for walks that have lots of sniffing opportunities and interacting with calm dogs. He isn't a fan of being left on his own or travelling in the car, so his adopters will need to be willing to do some training with him.
