About This Dog for Adoption

Rocky's ideal home

Flump is an 8 year old (approximately) Staffie who loves nothing more than a cuddle and he is very sweet. He is a firm favourite of customers and staff. Flump finds it overwhelming to be around other dogs so for this reason needs to be the only pet in the home and with no neighbouring dogs. Further socialisation will be required at a pace that suits him and he will need to stay on lead and a muzzle whilst out in public. He needs to have access to quiet, dog free areas where he can enjoy relaxing walks. Having direct access to his own secure garden with a 6ft fence to give him his own safe place to enjoy some time off lead. He is looking for a family that would like to do training and go exploring to keep him busy both physically and mentally. Flump is looking for an adult only home, so cannot live with children under 18 years old. He would also ideally like multiple people in the home.

Could you be Rocky's perfect match?

This handsome lad is looking for an experienced family who can help him continue to make progress with his training and socialising with dogs. Flump is a very clever boy who loves learning new things and will really benefit from a family that want to teach him lots of new tricks! He is a very affectionate dog and will make a wonderful companion given some time to settle. Flump had some pain in his left hip and leg which worsened despite treatment so he has recently had his leg amputated and is adjusting really well to life on three legs! Our veterinary team will happily discuss this, alongside some skin allergies, in more detail with his potential adopters. He is a really great boy who loves to play tug of war and spend time with you.
