About This Dog for Adoption

Lola's ideal home

Lola is a stunning 8 month old Staffie x Cocker Spaniel with lots of energy and love to give! She hasn't been socialised fully so she is looking for a patient family, who can help build her confidence up in new situations. Lola requires all of her basic training, including house-training, and needs this at a pace she is comfortable with. Lola would love to have direct access into her own garden with a (minimum) 6ft fence to continue her training and have as a safe space. She would like to socialise with other dogs on her walks, but at the moment, she's looking to be the only pet in the home. This gorgeous girl is able to be left home alone for 3-4 hours a day, but we do recommend building this up gradually.

Could you be Lola's perfect match?

Loveable Lola can be unsure of unfamiliar people and dogs at first, as she hasn't really encountered these before. She therefore wouldn't suit a home with younger children. A family who are experienced with dogs, especially nervous dogs, would really benefit this girl. This brilliant girl does often seek reassurance from her human, which can result in her jumping up so her new family should be able to manage this, and help her build her confidence. She is going to make a fabulous addition to a home and thrive with the right family!
