About This Dog for Adoption

Simba's ideal home

Simba is a playful, smart, larger-than-life 4 year old Crossbreed who loves being out and active with his humans. He is seeking a calm adult-only home with no other pets. Simba struggles with other dogs so his new home must be in a quiet location with a secure garden and access to the quiet walks that he enjoys so much. When out and about, he must be muzzled and on a lead. Simba adores his training and works well for tasty treats. He has made huge progress here at the centre and his confidence has grown considerably. His new adopters need to be willing to continue with his training at home. Simba is housetrained, relaxed around traffic and comfortable travelling in the car, but is not used to being left alone so he will need someone to be around most of the time. Currently, Simba is on medication to help heal the skin on his ears.

Could you be Simba's perfect match?

This boisterous boy loves his toys and playing rough but his all-time favourite game is chasing after tennis balls. He enjoys his food and in quieter moments, likes a cuddle with the people he knows. Simba's new adopters will need to be willing to do multiple meets with him at the Centre before going home. If you feel you could offer this lively boy his forever home, then please do apply. If successful a meet will be arranged at the centre within 48 hours.
