About This Dog for Adoption

Luna's ideal home

Luna is looking for a fun and active home that would like a little bundle of joy to add to their family! Luna can share her home with another dog who enjoys a fun play session pending successful meets here at the Rehoming Centre. Luna currently shares her kennel with Shane the Lurcher, and the pair are a joy to watch when playing chase in one of our compounds! She’s a busy girl who can get a bit mouthy when excitable, so she would be suited to live with secondary school aged children who are comfortable around a clumsy puppy. Being a young girl, Luna likes the company of her favourite people, but her leaving could be built up to around 2 hours, provided she’s had a lovely walk first and it’s built up gradually once she is settled in the home. Whilst she would benefit from having her own garden to zoom around in, she could be rehomed to a home with no garden if the adopters were willing to take her to secure fields for exercise. Luna will need to meet her adopters a few times prior to going home so please bear this in mind when applying. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes around 7-10 days, and potential adopters would be required to come up to the centre to meet him within 48hrs of being shortlisted.

Could you be Luna's perfect match?

Meet Luna, the 11 month old Staffordshire Bull Terrier who has ended up in our care due to no fault of her own. This young girl is full of energy, and loves to play and explore. Luna oozes potential, and has a whole repertoire of tricks under her belt that she loves to show off if you have some tasty treats or her favourite – a ball! This gorgeous girl will really shine in a home and will give you endless hours of fun.
